GreenMountain is a Service Line that provides services related to Corporate Governance & Compliancy.

Corporate Governance is an important matter for management. After all, they are responsible for complying with all relevant laws and regulations (e.g. Sarbanes Oxley, Code Tabaksblat, IFRS, COSO etcetera), for controlling the risks related to business activities and required reporting. Finding the right balance between entrepreneurship, corporate responsibility and risk management and control is essential for corporate governance.

	Advice and guidance with respect to (inter)national laws and regulations.
	Support in achieving compliancy with national as well as international laws and regulations.
	Quick Scan in relation to compliance with, for example, Code Tabaksblat, Code Lippens, Sarbanes-Oxley, IFRS and COSO Internal Control.
	Project management and/or conducting periodical internal audits in light of Sarbanes-Oxley, Code Tabaksblat and COSO.
	Developing and implementing a Code of Conduct for employees and management.
	Detailed Enterprise Risk Management (ERP) analyses and assessments.
	Initial fraud assessment and fraud prevention programs (including whistleblower programs).
