As part of Finance, MacMountaineers^® support clients in the preparation, review and/or audit of financial information and periodic financial reports. In addition, Management Accounting & Control is one of the key aspects for governing, directing and controlling an organisation. Based on specific demand, the organisation will be assisted in gathering, documenting and processing financial and non-financial data. Furthermore, the interpretation and analysis of this data provides information for decisions regarding changes or improvements in business strategy and direction or even financial processes.
